Workshop leaders:
Joon P. Hong is Partner in Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP’s New York office. Mr. Hong represents investors in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructuring transactions. He has represented investors in the purchase of assets in section 363 bankruptcy sales, debtor-in-possession financings, exit financings, preference and other avoidance litigations, and claims trading and reconciliation process.
Nicholas A. Whitney is Partner in Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP’s New York office. Mr. Whitney specializes in senior lending transactions. He represents banks, investment banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in connection with direct lending, as well as investments in syndicated loans in the secondary market.
