What are the Call Center Excellence Awards?

The 2008 Call Center Excellence Awards program has been created to honor, recognize, and promote the most innovative call center solutions and individuals over the past year. With Awards given in nine categories, the Call Center Excellence Awards are dedicated to recognizing superior thinking, creativity and execution across the full spectrum of call center functions.

First place and honorary mention Awards will be announced and presented to the 2008 winners at the Black Tie Gala Dinner Awards ceremony held on the Tuesday, June 25th at Call Center Week 2008 in Vegas. The top four entries in each category will be denoted as finalists and will be contacted in advance of the Awards ceremony. Winners will be highlighted and promoted at Call Center Week 2008, the largest Conference Exhibition devoted entirely to Call Centers. They will also be announced in Contact Professional (The publication of choice for contact center professionals). Additional coverage may also be provided in other publications, announcements and websites.

Call Center Excellence Awards are open to all call centers in all countries.

How to Enter for an Award

Fill out the application: Call Center Awards Application

Email the Call center Application to: callcenterweekawards@iqpc.com

This application form has 2 parts:

  • General Questions - To provide the Judges with background to your application, must be answered.
  • Category Specific Questions - To provide the Judges with the reasons why you are eligible to win the specific category (s) you have entered. Only one application form need be completed, just with answers for categories you are entering.

Please note that:

  • All contents (figures, photographs etc) of each application are confidential
  • Winning companies individuals will be promoted as such within IQPC material, however all application content will still remain confidential as the winner sees fit
  • By entering for a 2008 award all applicants accept:
    • o That as a potential winner they will be required to participate in the Q&A session with fellow winners at Call Center Week 2008 (on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 25th, 2008 - following the previous evening's gala awards dinner) o That the winners' names and winning categories will be published in IQPC post-conference material

Rules, Regulations Procedures for Entry Submission

To be considered for the 2008 Call Center Excellence Awards, your entry needs to meet the following requirements:

  • Final entry submissions must be sent ONLY in the form of the application questionnaire. Please follow the instructions and complete all relevant sections for the award category(s) you are entering. No added appendices please. Please email your completed entries to callcenterweekawards@iqpc.com
  • The entries must be received by 11:59pm GMT, Friday May 30th, 2008.
  • We are unable to accept late entries. The contact person listed on the Application Submission Form will be contacted via e-mail upon receipt of your entry.
  • All entry forms must be complete and contain the signature of the entrant.
  • Each entry must answer all questions relevant to the categories being entered. Failure to answer any relevant portion of the application may result in the forfeiture of the entry.
  • All applications must be in English.
  • Nominations may also be made on behalf of individual colleagues and external organizations individuals. If an internal individual is selected for the final shortlist, IQPC will contact the person directly to ensure they are happy to be published as a finalist.
