The Blue Sky Innovation Room for Mature Call Centers: Brainstorming Advanced Solutions for Advanced Challenges. Attendance is limited to pre-qualified end-users only.

Call Center Week is pleased to announce the addition of our new 5th track - the Blue Sky Innovation Room. This track is designed for mature shared services looking for innovation and growth in their call center.

So why is it different?

Firstly, it's exclusive. As a mature delegate, you'll be immersed in discussions with delegates at your level to ensure that the content is not diluted.

Secondly, it's focused. Each session kicks off with a specific practitioner challenge and then it's your chance to brainstorm possible solutions amongst this high-level group.

The Blue Sky track will consist of a total of 4 sessions. These are double sessions with 90 minutes devoted to each critical topic.

The thought leader will present a short case study (10 minutes) that will form the basis of the discussion. There will be no power point presentations. Attendees will then discuss solutions and challenges around the presentation. IQPC will pre-qualify attendees. In addition, there will be a limited number of places available issued on a first-come-first served basis. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this exclusive senior level brainstorming!
