Each delegate develops their own custom itinerary at an exchange.
Each custom itinerary is made up of

This unique format results in three days of focused, structured performance planning.
How each custom itinerary is developed
A month before the exchange takes place, our online meeting scheduler is made available to both delegates and service providers. Each participant is given a password to our interactive scheduler where they will select, based on their business priorities, who they would like to have meetings with.
Three weeks before the exchange, both delegates and service providers will receive their itineraries, which detail exactly what they will be doing from the time they arrive at the resort on Sunday morning to the time they leave on Tuesday afternoon. A delegate’s time at an exchange is intended to be as constructive as it can be – every session they attend, every networking function they go to and every meeting they participate in is tied directly to their business priorities and requirements.
