1) The Board Room Challenge: Need help stripping a problem down to the bare bone? Want to take part in a practical exercise that drives real answers you can take back to your own boardroom? Facilitated by one moderator who presents a real-life challenge they have recently faced, the group collectively brainstorms possible solutions before the facilitator reveals the approach actually taken (and the results they found!)

2) Whistle-Blower Room: You won’t find any AV equipment in this room. No slides – no recordings. Some problems are just too sensitive to be aired in public – but you still need answers. Two practitioners act as facilitators to guide you through the challenge of the really gritty stuff that you normally only hear in the coffee breaks..

3) 3D: Talking Heads: Shared Services has never been about one size fits all- there is always more than one answer, more than one model, more than one solution – and each are as right for the next adopter. The problem often is too much choice! Enter the 3D approach to problem solving. Let 3 practitioners from different organisations and sectors reveal in 5 minutes their different approaches to one challenge. The group then splits into 3 to brainstorm with each facilitator to debate the pros and cons (and any other options!) before reporting back to compare notes. Come out of every session with at least 3 different solutions to take back to your boardroom.
